Welcome to the Malvern Festival Chorus website

Formed in 1919, we are a mixed choir of some 130 voices performing four concerts during the year. Our concerts take place in either Malvern Theatres or Great Malvern Priory. As well as three main concerts, we perform annually at a Carols for All Concert in Great Malvern Priory in December, specifically to raise funds for charity.

We’re an ambitious, enthusiastic and friendly group of people who share a passion for choral singing. Having rehearsed for a season on Zoom, our rehearsals continued weekly during the 2021-2022 season, both in person and streamed on Zoom.

We’re always looking for new people to join us so why not give us a try? We’d love to welcome new people to our choir and audience.

2019 – 2020 was to have been a special season for us as we were due to celebrate our Centenary with particularly exciting concerts and events. Due to Covid-19, these had to be cancelled but will hopefully be rescheduled in the future.
