Mendelssohn's Elijah was performed in the Great Hall at Malvern College in February 2024.. MFC were supported by members of the 1885 Singers, following our support of their concert in London in November 2023., and soloists Quentin Hayes (Elijah), our President, James Oxley, Louise Wayman and Beth Moxon.

A concert featuring John Rutter's Feel the Spirit, his setting of traditional spirituals and Leonard Bernstein's Chichester Psalms, settings of psalms in the original Hebrew texts.

Our annual Carols for All charity concert in 2024 was in aid of Acorns Children's Hospice. The magnificent audience gave generously to the collection; a cheque for £1,350 was presented to the charity

Nelson Mass and Cantemus Igitur Feb 2025
The long-awaited performance of Cantemus Igitur, composed for our Centenary in 2020 by Rory Boyle was at last possible in our 2024-25 season. Rory attended this English premiere of the work. The programme also included Haydn's popular Nelson Mass.
